Usbekistan ist ein sehr junges Land, etwa 12 Mio. Menschen sind durchschnittlich unter 18 Jahre alt, der Rest (17,7 Mio. Menschen im Durchschnitt unter 30). Die ältere Generation, die zur Sowjetzeit gelebt und gelenrt hatte, hat Schwierigkeiten beim Lesen mit Lateinsch, und die jüngere haben dasselbe Problem mit dem kyrilischen Alphabet. Kurzum gesagt: "Noch´n Gedicht" auf Usbekisch (lateinisch) "Yana bir she´r" und mit kyrilischen Buchstaben "Яана бир шеър". Das stelle ich mir nicht ganz leicht vor, Gedichte zu übersetzen, zumal bei Gedichtformen wie hier, und dazu in humorischer Weise, Wörter abgekürzt oder neu "erfunden" werden. So kommt in dem Gedicht auch das Wort "Steunchen" (Steinchen) vor. Aus dem deutschen Sprichwort "Eile mit Weile" wird "Eule mit Weule". Daraus zieht es die Pointe. btw: Das Wort "itzt" veraltetes Wort und bedeutet so viel wie jetzt. Durch des Mundes enge Schleuse zwingt mit Mühe man die Speise, bis sie - klein und weich zerlutscht - tiefer in den Magen rutscht. Bald bemerkt man, nicht erheitert, dass der Bauch sich stark erweitert, und mit sauerem Gesicht stellt man fest, dass das Gewicht sich bedenklich hat verschoben, und zwar leider Gotts nach oben. Ich interessiere mich für die deutsche Literatur sehr und kenne mittlerweile Heinz Erhard auch. Seine satirischen Gedichte finde ich sehr humorvoll. Neben Reiseleitungarbeit übersetze ich Bücher von Deutsch ins Usbekisch. So was wird heutzutage von Goethe Instituten auch einigermaßen gefördert. Ich übersetze jetzt das Buch "Noch'n Gedicht" von Heinz Erhardt. weil ich kein waschechter Deutsche bin, habe ich ein bisschen Schwierigkeiten bei manchen Wörtern in den Gedichten. Dass eine Firma wie die ksp das eintreibt, kann man ihr nicht zum Vorwurf machen. Nur als Anwaltskanzlei würde ich die nicht bezeichnen, das wäre gegenüber rechtlich fundiert arbeitenden Juristen unfair. Dass der Ueberreuter-Verlag eine externe Firma einschaltet wird daraus verständlich, dass ihn offenbar schon die einfache Feststellung, dass eine reine Familienhomepage keine gewerbliche Internetseite ist, völlig überfordert. Nach langem Hin und Her, ibs. mit dem österreichischen Ueberreuter-Verlag, der hier offensichtlich Drahtzieher ist und den Lappan-Verlag bevormundet, bleibt ein Vergleich über 400 € und ein sehr bitterer Nachgeschmack. Eine zentrale Rolle in der ganzen Angelegenheit spielt der Geschäftsführer der Verlagsgruppe Ueberreuter, ein Herr Kämpfe-Burghardt, der auch in der Öffentlichkeit verbreitet hat, dass "private Internetseiten nicht verfolgt" würden. Ein Aussage, die von der Firma ksp als "nicht justiziabel" und damit bedeutungslos bezeichnet wird. Krass formuliert: Was der Geschäftführer Kämpfe-Burghart sagt, ist keinen Pfifferling Wert! Meine Konsequenz: Es gibt andere Verlage als die in der Ueberreuter-Verlagsgruppe zusammengeschlossenen. Ich habe meine vorhandenen Bücher an den Lappan-Verlag zurückgeschickt und werde von diesem Verlag selbstverständlich nichts mehr kaufen. Vom Lappan-Geschäftsführer habe ich bis heute keine Reaktion bekommen, der steht offensichtlich unter der Fuchtel von Ueberreuter. Leid tut es mir nur um das Andenken von Heinz Erhardt. Allerdings haben sich auch die Erben nicht gerührt. Für diejenigen, die noch schmökern möchten, hier mein abschließender Brief an den Geschäftsführer des Ueberreuter-Verlags: Guten Abend Herr Kämpfe-Burghardt, etwas verwundert nehme ich Ihre Kritik daran zur Kenntnis, dass ich ganau das getan habe, worum Sie mich ausdrücklich gebeten haben: Ich habe mit meiner e-mail vom 16.10.2011 mit der Firma ksp Kontakt aufgenommen. Was überrascht Sie nun daran? Ganz selbstverständlich ist doch auch, dass ich Ihre Auskunft "Meine Aussage hat Bestand" in meinem Schreiben an Fa. ksp verwende. Haben Sie denn etwas anderes erwartet? Soweit zu Ihrer e-mail. Nun zur Sache: Ein erneutes Vergleichsangebot der ksp habe ich zwangsläufig angenommen. Formal ist die Angelegenheit erledigt. Bleibt zu erwähnen, dass Ihre öffentlich gemachte Aussage laut ksp "nicht justiziabel", sprich: "völlig bedeutungslos" ist. Inwieweit die berichterstattende Fachpresse diese Darstellung der Fa. ksp aufgreifen möchte, bleibt abzuwarten. Jedenfalls ist als Ergebnis festzuhalten, dass Sie dem Lappan-Verlag mit der Beauftragung der ksp einen Bärendienst erwiesen haben; andere Wege wären sicher kundenorientierter und sogar effektiver gewesen. Mein Bekanntenkreis wird jedenfalls einen weiten Bogen um Produkte der Verlagsgruppe machen. Dies dürfte - um sich einmal auf das Niveau und den Sprachgebrauch der ksp herabzubegeben (!) - "Ihnen auch einleuchten". Knowledge) - Hong Kong-listed Harbour Centre Development Ltd<51> is planning to raise at least HK$942 million through a rights issue, the Standard reported.The move is expected to help fund its ongoing development of five property projects in mainland China. Harbour Centre plans to issue 236.25 million new shares at HK$3.99 apiece on the basis of one new share for two existing shares held. The issue price represents a 34% discount to the company's closing price of HK$6.04 on Thursday.Harbour Centre said it has acquired sites in Changzhou, Suzhou, Chongqing and Hangzhou. It is estimated that about 26 million square feet of area would be under development. The projects are scheduled for completion between 2012 and 2015, said the company.Harbour Centre's majority shareholder The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd<4> has agreed to underwrite the shares. The company will spend RMB 4.6 billion on development of its project in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, which has land area of around 50,000 square meters.The other two property projects are both located in Beijng's Chaoyang District. The Taiwan dollar <TWD=TP> hit a high of T$34.540 inafternoon trade, but later erased some gains to close thesession at T$34.600, its strongest close since Feb. 16. Itclosed at T$34.815 on Monday. According to the announcement, the growth is a result of the company's abundant construction contracts. In the first quarter, the Shanghai-listed company's net profit was RMB 258.24 million, swelling 36.37% year on year. EPS were RMB 0.155, increasing 35.96% year on year. Reportedly, China Gezhouba Group on Jun. 23 signed an RMB 2.25-billion construction contract with Dadu Hydropower Development Co Ltd to develop a hydropower station near Dagang Mountain, Sichuan Province. The three cement projects are located in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and involve RMB 1.1 billion in investment. The plant in Qingtongxia has a daily production capacity of 2,500 tons of cement and a supporting facility that can convert low temperature waste heat to electrical power. The two plants that are under construction will have a combined daily production capacity of 4,500 tons of cement. The investment is an important milestone in the expansion of China National Material Group in the region, according to the group's chairman Tan Zhongming. This batch of bonds will be issued on the interbank market at face value, and the yield will be determined during the process of book building, according to the company's statement. The value date and payment due date will be Jul. 8. The notes will become tradable on Jul. 9. The proceeds from the issuance will be used to replenish the company's working capital, repay bank loans and improve the firm's financing structure. Dagong Global Credit Rating Co has rated the issuer and the notes AAA and AAA, respectively. Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) and Hua Xia Bank Co Ltd<600015> have been hired as the joint underwriters for the sale. The E-coupe uses a 3.5-liter V6 engine, enabling it to go from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 6.3 seconds. The other three are high-performance luxury cars whose designs can be dated back to 1967.Bjoern Hauber, general manager of sales and marketing at Mercedes-Benz China, said that consumer demands have become more heterogeneous over the past couple of years and Mercedes-Benz will have to bring different models to cater to these demands."People no longer drive one car for all purposes. Instead their cars vary in different situations – you have cars for business, family and weekend driving, "Hauber told the Global Times Friday on the sidelines of Chengdu Motor Show 2009, which will last till September 25.The company's product portfolio covers the flagship S-class saloons, mini cars Smart, off-roaders, roasters and luxury sports tourer B-class, its least expensive model.In addition to the four models in Chengdu, Mercedes- Benz has released about 10 new models and plans to launch more in the coming months. At present, all the country's power stations are located along the coast.Ye Qizhen, deputy director of the science and technology committee of the China National Nuclear Corp and member of Chinese Academy of Engineering, said nuclear power stations play an important role in helping alleviate energy shortages and pollution in China and are necessary for boosting economic growth in inland areas, especially those lacking coal and water resources.He also said by 2020 China is expected to have an installed nuclear power capacity of 70 million kW, which will account for 7% of its overall power capacity.China now operates 11 nuclear power generators that have a combined capacity of 9.1 million kW. CCB's chairman Guo Shuqing on Thursday said in Beijing after an annual general meeting that the lender is likely to buy a 20% to 30% stake in China Cinda, the parent of Hong Kong-listed financial firm Cinda International Holdings Ltd<0111>. Guo added that CCB has submitted its application for the deal to the State Council and the MOF. In 1999, the MOF set up four financial asset management companies, including China Cinda, to help dispose of up to RMB 1.4 trillion worth of bad loans of the country's Big Four state-owned banks. As of the end of 2008, Beijing-based China Cinda had taken over RMB 1.05 trillion (HK$1.19 trillion) of non-performing loans, 53.6% of which came from CCB, 15.4% from Bank of China (BOC)<601988><3988>, and 11.8% from China Development Bank (CDB). By the end of last year, China Cinda had disposed of RMB 764 billion in bad assets and recovered RMB 204 billion in cash. H-shares of CCB gained 2.44% to end at HK$5.46 on Thursday, hitting an eight-month high. Ich hatte genau 27 Wörter von Heinz Erhardt auf der Seite (nur die ersten 2 Zeilen eines Gedichts nicht das komplette Gedicht). Die Anwälte fordern aber 600,00 Euro, weil mit dem Wörter zählen nehmen die das nicht so genau. In dem Schreiben steht ja auch geschrieben - unter 50 Wörter 400,00 Euro / über 50 Wörter 600,00 Euro. Das habe ich denen auch mitgeteilt. Und was machen die nun? Die wandeln die Wörter einfach in Zeichen um. So steht es in einem neuen Schreiben der ksp. Anwälte. Nun soll ich für über 50 Zeichen plötzlich 600,00 Euro hinblättern. Sorry, aber nun ist doch völlig ersichtlich, dass es denen nur ums Geld geht. Die wollen mit allen Mitteln versuchen Geld von den Webseitenbetreibern zu kassieren mit völlig überzogenen und auch unrealistischen Forderungen. Da kann man nur mit den Kopf schütteln. Ich freue mich schon auf die neue Auflistung der Schadenersatzforderung, denn wenn die jetzt 600,00 Euro für 50 Zeichen von mir fordern, dann müssen die mir auch eine neue Aufforderung zusenden, weil für mich immer noch das erste Schreiben zählt und da wurde für über 50 Wörter Schadenersatz gefordert. Ich hatte aber niemals über 50 Wörter auf meiner Seite. Eigentlich kann ich das erste Schreiben doch in die Tonne schmeißen, oder? Auch ich bekam Post von den KSP Rechtsanwälten im Auftrag des Lappan Verlags. Auf meiner privaten Homepage hatte ich vor Jahren eine kleine Heinz-Erhardt-Seite geschaffen, auf der ich unter Angabe des Autors meine Lieblingsgedichte einstellte. Nun wollen die KSP Rechtsanwälte inklusive ihrer Gebühren einen Betrag von 15.000,00 EUR von mir haben. Ich bin fassungslos! Ganz davon abgesehen, dass ich so einen Betrag niemals werde aufbringen können, finde ich diese Vorgehensweise absurd und asozial. Da ich mit meiner kleinen privaten Homepage mit durchschnittlich 3 Besuchern pro Woche keinerlei kommerzielle Zwecke verfolgt habe, wäre eine Aufforderung zur Entfernung der entsprechenden Gedichte angebracht gewesen, welcher ich selbstverständlich sofort nachgekommen wäre. Meine nun über 13 Jahre liebevoll aufgebaute Homepage habe ich aufgrund dieser Geschichte aus lauter Frust und auch aus Angst vor weiteren "Übergriffen" irgendwelcher Rechtsanwälte komplett vom Netz genommen. Mir blutet das Herz, all die Liebe, all die Zeit… '-( Die Forderung selbst von 15.000,00 EUR ist völlig überzogen und kann ich nur als Abzocke und moderne Wegelagerei bezeichnen. Ich bin geschockt und zutiefst verunsichert. Grotesk. Wenn das Heinz Erhardt wüsste…
